Corporate Sponsorship

$45,000 Sponsor ($15,000 per year, over three years)

Renaissance Theaterworks will provide our sponsor with the following:

  • Sponsor logo on all printed Diversity Series pieces:
    • Season brochures
    • Postcards for Diversity Series
  • Sponsor mention in every curtain speech for every Diversity Series performance and play reading (more than 66 performances over three years).
  • 1/2 page advertisement dedicated exclusively to the sponsor or sponsor's business choice in 5,400 Footlights programs
  • "Backstage Pass" for each Diversity Series show to meet and greet the cast and crew and see firsthand what goes on behind the scenes
  • Private performance of each Diversity Series show for up to 99 people (at a mutually agreed upon date and time)
  • 2 complimentary tickets, per year, to our annual fundraiser,The Salon Soiree (6 tickets over 3 years)
  • 2 complimentary Green Room Group (insider) memberships per year.  The Green Room Group counts as members some of Milwaukee's most influential individuals.  Memberships are worth $2,500 each
  • Invitations to fundraisers and events
  • Recognition on our website
  • Email blast recognition
  • Acknowledgment in 1,800 Footlights Programs for each Diversity Series production (5,400 over the life of the commitment)

$25,000 Presenting Season Sponsor

Renaissance Theaterworks will provide our sponsor with the following:

  • Presenting sponsor name and logo receives top billing on all printed pieces for the season:
    • Season brochure
    • Postcards for each production
  • Sponsor name, logo and acknowledgment in 5,400 Footlights Programs for the season
  • Email blast recognition
  • Recognition on our website
  • Invitations to fundraisers and events
  • 4 complimentary Green Room Group (insider) memberships per year.  (The Green Room Group counts as members some of Milwaukee's most influential individuals.  Memberships are worth $2,500 each)
  • 5 Complimentary tickets to our Annual Fundraiser - The Salon Soiree, in the Spring
  • Private performance of each show in the season for up to 99 people (at a mutually agreed upon date and time)
  • "Backstage Pass" to meet and greet the cast and crew and see firsthand what goes on behind the scenes
  • Full page advertisement dedicated exclusively to sponsor in 5,400 Footlights programs
  • Sponsor mentioned in every curtain speech for every performance and play reading (over 66 performances)
  • Underwritten shows provided for Milwaukee school groups, including tickets, busing, educational talk-backs and study guides.

$10,000 Show Sponsor

  • Renaissance Theaterworks will provide our sponsor with the following:
  • Sponsor's logo on all printed material for the sponsored show:
    • Postcards
    • Sponsor name, logo and acknowledgment in 1,800 Footlights Programs
    • Email correspondence recognition
  • Recognition on our website www.r-t-w.com
  • Sponsor Lobby Display for each performance of that show
  • Sponsor name and acknowledgment in 1,800 Footlights Programs for selected show
  • Private performance of sponsored show for up to 99 people (at a mutually agreed upon date and time)
  • 1/2 page advertisement dedicated exclusively to the sponsor in 1,800 Footlights programs for the sponsored show
  • Sponsor mentioned in every curtain speech for every performance of the sponsored show
  • "Backstage Pass" to meet and greet the cast and crew and see firsthand what goes on behind the scenes.

Sponsorship results in the community:

  • Sponsorship will allow Renaisance Theaterworks to continue to partner with community groups like PEARLS for Teen Girls and Girls in the House by providing at-risk girls a rich opportunity to see theater (some for the first time), have a meal and meet and talk with accessible theater professionals.
  • Sponsorship will provide for Milwaukee school groups to see high quality, poignant theater.
