The nation’s second oldest women-founded, women-run, professional theater company, dedicated to promoting the work of women on stage and off is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to practice your craft in service of RTW’s unique mission. You’ll be part of a tightly knit, highly collaborative team with the ability to directly impact the company’s success.
While the Marketing Manager will work in all aspects of marketing, the primary focus of the role is to meet or exceed goals for single and subscription ticket sales by mastering social media marketing, creating content and design of all digital and printed material, media relations, promotional events and patron relationship management. This position is full-time.
If you are a self-starting marketing professional with at least six months of experience, preferably in a non-profit organization, that means you meet our basic requirements; a passion for the performing arts and a commitment to gender equality means this is a job you’ll love.
