About the Play
ROSE is the Kennedy story as told by the matriarch who lived it all. Set in 1969 at the Kennedy's Hyannis Port summer retreat the week after Ted Kennedy's Chappaquiddick tragedy, Rose struggles with the triumphs and tragedies of the Kennedy clan.
Linda Reiter received Chicago’s Joseph Jefferson Award for Best Solo Performance as Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy in the Greenhouse Theater Center’s 2016 production of ROSE. Laurence Leamer is a New York Times best-selling biographer.
